WHAT MAKES YOU A WELL BEING?


Have you ever stopped to think about exactly WHAT MAKES YOU WELL?

This is a brilliant question that I doubt is asked and answered very often. Isn’t it funny how the answers to our questions are often staring us in the face?

So I challenge you now to pause for 30 seconds – and identify exactly what is required for you to feel well in your body. Identify exactly what is your “sweet spot” that puts you in the best possible state?

What foods are you eating?

What are you drinking?

What movements are you doing – both repetitively and irregularly?

What physical environment are you in?

What clothes are you wearing?

What work are you doing in the world?

What people are you talking with?

What things do you have around you?

What actions are you taking?

What thoughts are you thinking?

What emotions are you feeling?

What connection do you have – with your body, your spirit, the Universe or God?

What connection do you have with your family, friends, colleagues, the community you live in, and the world in general?

In short – What makes you feel extraordinarily HAPPY?

Is the sense of Wellbeing the greatest force for positive growth on the planet?

It seems incredibly obvious, but what if you were to do MORE of the things that make you happy and do LESS of the things that decay your sense of wellbeing. Would that create greater in your life?

So just for today, take some time and think about what specifically it is that lights you up. What makes you feel like you’re on top of the world?

Once we are aware of what is our “thing”, then we can choose that more often throughout the course of each day.
