The next step is to ask yourself "Am I willing to let this go?" This might seem a little silly, but there is always a benefit for every belief we hold, and quite often, while you might think you don't want something, the value of holding onto it outweighs the benefit of letting it go.
So if you agree that you are willing to let it go, then do it! There is no secret method of doing it. Just choose to let it go.
